Well… We’re big fans of Eco-Running, anyway. And we’re big fans of Samuel Huber, who was kind enough to plug our video contest with Brooks Running Shoes on his site ecologyrunner.com.

As Sam puts it: “Eco-Running combines physical fitness and environmental sustainability.” When you go for a run, pick up any litter you find on the trail. There couldn’t be a simpler way to improve your health and the health of the planet at the same time.
