Webtel.mobi: end of competition date and exact time

Hi everyone,
I have had a lot of inquiries about the exact end date and time for the Webtel.mobi competition. I know how important this competition is to the community, and that many are getting their entry in at possibly the last minute.
The contest officially ends July 10th at 3pm Pacific time.
