Since The Week and Windows Phone 7 are taking a while to come back with the results I thought I would go ahead and let you know what my favorites were. Granted, my pics aren’t usually on the mark (I loved Destin777’s The Cold Task and Fast Water Heater didn’t, frankly; and I’m glad he entered the 3M competition) I’d like to open up discussions on past contests and what I think are great examples of thinking out side the box.
From the Week:
I thought this piece was wonderfully executed. It fulfilled the brief mission and brought a fresh perspective into the contest. I’m specifically referring to the part of the brief that mentions “to show why being thoroughly informed on the world’s most intriguing stories is so important to decision makers, business leaders, politicians and anyone who wants a better understanding of the world we live in.” “Ignorance” does this well.
From Windows Phone 7:
C’mon! Kickball. This was a perfect example of how other cellphone companies claim that their smartphone is the end-all-be-all of smartphones. With Kickball! It was hilarious and on the brief’s mark.
Let me know what you think. Comment!
